Return and Refund Policy
Returns are allowed within 30 days from when the item was received. The date of receipt will be based on the tracking number associated with the order.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number in order to receive specific instructions on how to return it. A return authorization number (RMA) number may be issued to you for certain items, and that number must be included when returning the item to the supplier. A refund will be issued after The Spinster's Shoppe confirms that the item was was returned to the supplier.
Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns: 20% re-stocking fee applies.
Damaged or Defective items:
- Damage or defect MUST be reported within 30 days, no exceptions.
- Over $30 - email picture of damage or defect. A return may be required. The Spinster's Shoppe will advise on next steps.
